Summer Solstice Lantern Sail – Timbrook
Come to the Timbrook Library’s outdoor patio with your family, and play outside with us until it gets dark!
We will be celebrating the Summer Solstice on June 21, the longest day of the year and the official first day of summer, by sailing paper lanterns on the Timbrook Park pond. Make your own sundial, take pictures, and create classic summer evening memories together.
This event starts at 8 p.m. and is for the whole family. No registration is needed. The lanterns will set sail at dusk (around 9 p.m.). This event will be outdoors and is weather permitting.
Our event page is at campbellcountylibraries.org/summerreading/solstice.
