Roots Club
Roots Club is dedicated to genealogy research and local history. We meet quarterly and move around all four CCPLS branches. The first hour is a presentation by a topical expert. The final half-hour can be used for networking and informal collaboration among members. Please contact us to suggest programs and/or offer your services!
Some CCPLS locations have space available for exhibits or for the exhibition of artwork with the goal of providing educational, cultural, informative, and attractive exhibits for public view and to increase visitors.
Exhibits are considered an extension of library programming. CCPLS may invite submissions based on a theme or schedule exhibits to support or promote other library programming or themes. Likewise, interested organizations, individuals, or artists may contact the Library Director or Branch Manager to request exhibition space.
The Exhibition Request Form is available for those interested in utilizing exhibit space. A printable version of the Exhibition Request Form is also available.
