The Campbell County Public Library System has added ABCMouse, a digital education platform, to its services provided free for those with a CCPLS library card.
ABCMouse is a safe and ad-free platform designed to help young children ages 2 to 6+ build a strong educational foundation. It includes 3,500+ learning activities in reading, math, science, social studies, art, and music.
Normally subscriptions to this service can cost individuals $12.99 a month. With a library card, you can access it free in the library and at home.
Campbell County Public Library System Offers Free App for Library Services
The Campbell County Public Library System recently introduced a new app to its patrons for convenient access to its services.
TLC•Go mobile app is free to download and is available for Apple iOS and Android devices. Search for “CCPLS” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and look for the library’s logo.
With the app, library patrons can do the following:
Link their library cards, so they don’t have to have their physical cards to check out
Renew items, put things on hold, and see what they have checked out
Browse selected lists of new items
Search for books in our system using the ISBN scanner
Link their family’s accounts to have all the access at their fingertips
Find links to our online resources
View library locations, photos, and hours
If you have any questions about the new app, please contact Jordan Welborn, CCPLS director, at 434-332-9657 or ljwelborn@co.campbell.va.us.
