Summer Solstice Lantern Sail

Come to the Timbrook Library’s  patio with your family, and play outside with us until it gets dark!

All ages | Thursday, June 20, 2024 | 8 PM | Timbrook Library (Lower Level)

We will be celebrating the Summer Solstice on June 20, the longest day of the year and the official first day of summer, by sailing paper lanterns on the Timbrook Park pond. Make crafts, take pictures, and create classic summer evening memories together! The lanterns will set sail at dusk (around 9 PM). This event will be outdoors and is weather permitting – rain date is Tuesday, June 25.
