Communication is critical for a successful patient-physician relationship. The amount of information given in a medical appointment can often be too much to take in. Other times, you may not remember what your doctor said after you leave.

Learn how to take steps to ensure you understand the health information your doctor has given you to prevent miscommunication and misunderstanding.
