A Plan in Place – Timbrook

Wouldn’t it be nice to have all of your medical information together in one binder to take with you to appointments and have on hand for loved ones in case of an emergency? In this Living Life Well Program, take time to create your own medical and emergency binder to keep track of medications, doctor visits, notes and other emergency planning needs. Optional: Bring in any information or documents to add to your binder while you’re here.

Timbrook: Monday, March 13, 10 – 11 a.m.
Patrick Henry Memorial (Brookneal): Tuesday, April 4, 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
