Tortoise & Hare Scavenger Hunt

July 11 | 11 AM-5 PM | Staunton River Memorial Library

A town-wide scavenger hunt/race for all ages! Participate as a family or with friends. Will your team be the tortoise or the hare? Hares will compete for speed and accuracy. Tortoises are just here for a good time! Submit checkpoints through social media. Be prepared to be outside for 1-2 hours, climb stairs, and walk approximately 2.5 miles. Water and sunscreen are strongly recommended. Bring your device and team spirit to this event! Clues are geared towards kids/teens/families.

All laws, including traffic safety, must be followed. A waiver/paperwork must be signed by a guardian. Someone over 18 must be present in the group to participate.

No registration needed; just swing by before 4 PM! Check in at the library to start. Tortoise & Hare is weather permitting.
