Are you a caregiver for a loved one who is living with dementia? Building Foundations of Caregiving explores the journey of caregiving, including the changing roles, building a support team, and managing caregiver stress. Learn practical tips, discuss self-care strategies, and connect with others who understand the challenges and rewards of caregiving.

This free Living Life Well program for adults will be at Patrick Henry Memorial Library in Brookneal on Tuesday, November 19, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. For more information, contact Tywanna Whorley at 434-313-3106 or tmwhorley@co.campbell.va.us.
