CCPLS Book Hunts

Explore the downtowns of Altavista, Brookneal, and Rustburg!

We have partnered with local businesses and organizations to create Book Hunts, a fun way to get to know your community! In building windows, you will see a flyer which features a book from the CCPLS collection with a matching code word. Keep track of the code words as you go on the Book Hunt! Pick up a checklist from our libraries’ Outdoor Cabinets, or use the Beanstack app on your smartphone. With Beanstack, you can enter into prize raffles! Navigate around town with our custom Google Maps.
