Storytimes
We have a number of different storytimes for babies, toddlers, and young children. Choose which one best suits you and your little one!
These storytimes involve toys, songs, rhymes, and activities that help babies with language acquisition and pre-literacy skills. This is a great opportunity to socialize and have fun together! This program is for ages 0-23 months and their caregivers. Free registration through CivicRec will open about a month before the start date. Story readings will happen at the beginning and may include books, songs, rhymes, scarves, and more. Craft and play stations will be available after the reading. Geared for ages 3-5, and the whole family is welcome, too! No registration required. Find the event schedule here.
We bring the book, outdoor games, and fun! You bring a snack (optional) and enjoy the day! We will read the selected book on and off throughout the event, do themed crafts, and play yard games. Swing by anytime between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.! This program is different from our regular storytimes and is located at the Timbrook Park Pavilion (between the library and baseball fields).
