Enchanted Trail is an immersive, outdoor story experience for families to enjoy on the Timbrook Park trails!
Every month, a small trail in the woods behind Timbrook Library is transformed with decorations and a story. Families are given a scavenger hunt to enjoy as they walk the trail and read the story together. There is a new theme every month! After the trail, all are welcome to check out books at our Pop-Up Library. This event is geared towards pre-school and elementary students, and the whole family is welcome! Come by during the dates/times listed below to walk the Enchanted Trail.
Be sure to dress appropriately to be outside for about half an hour and sensible shoes are a must. Note: This is a completely outdoor event, and the trail is not stroller friendly.

Keep Broad Street, Altavista clean.
We have adopted the street in front of the library, which means that we will help keep it litter-free. Once every season, we will invite you to our Adopt-A-Street day! We have everything you will need: bags, gloves, vests, and grabbers.
This is an outdoor event and will be weather permitting.
A guardian must accompany anyone under 18.
