The award for Outstanding Program for Children (for a population between 50,000-100,000) goes to Campbell County Public Library for their innovative Tea Party in the Woods, a creative program held in a local park during Summer Reading to engage new audiences. Partnering with a local children’s author and musician, the library created an enchanting event inspired by the musician’s song, “Tea Party in the Woods.”
