Book Sale
Our ongoing book sale is available whenever the library is open! Prices range from $0.25 to $2.00.

Public donations are crucial for our sales. We resell books, video and audio cassettes, and DVDs. Donations of materials in good condition are appreciated and can be delivered directly to the library during regular hours. If you have more than a handful of items, please reach out to library staff to make sure we can accommodate a more substantial donation.

Snack Sale
The Friends group also offers a snack sale. These items can be purchased and consumed within the library. Items change regularly, but often include chips, crackers, and candy bars.

Event Support
We attend large-scale events at SRML. Join us to demo crafts, serve refreshments, help kids pick out book giveaways, and promote the Friends group in general.

Membership fees are minimal, but other monetary gifts are also greatly appreciated. You can bring your cash or check any time during regular library hours. Thank you!

There are a number of ways you can contribute to the success of the Friends. For example:

• Attend monthly meetings and vote on projects
• Serve as a member of the Board
• Attend programs and promote the Friends group
• Fundraising
• Advocacy within the community and to elected officials
• Suggest new ideas
• Help at the annual yard sale
• Donate lightly used books (except textbooks)
• Buy from our in-person book sale or eBay page
