Earth Day Celebration 2024

We are hosting an outdoor party to celebrate our planet!

Join us on Saturday, April 20, from 10 AM to 2 PM for activities that will be spread around the library and Timbrook Park. We will have an Enchanted Trail, yard games, food truck, tie dye your own bandanna, crafts, demonstrations, planet-friendly vendors & more! Learn more about how to help the earth. Bring your own water bottle (first 50 get a limited edition Earth Day sticker!), and grab a snack from a food truck. 

Do you work with an organization or business that wants to set up a family-friendly activity that day? Here is a form you can fill out if you are interested in setting up a booth for this event.

Fun (planet-friendly) Fact:

• All four of our library locations collect plastic bags. There are four large white boxes that you can place them in! The bags will be turned into benches around Campbell County through the Campbell County Parks & Recreation Department!
