WE CAN HELP YOU!

We offer:

  • One-to-one tutoring
  • Conversation groups
  • Free reading and writing lessons
  • Free English tutoring (ESOL)
  • Pre-GED skills
  • Digital literacy skills

Student Requirements:

  • Be age 18 or older
  • Commit to 6 months of studying
  • Must meet with a tutor in a public space (library rooms) – tutors will not go to your home

Someone will respond to your call, text, or email to set up an appointment for you to become a new student. Enrollment appointments take about one hour. Your appointment will be at the Literacy Volunteers office inside one of the Campbell County Public Libraries (Timbrook/Rustburg/Altavista/Brookneal). Virtual options are also available.
