Laughter Is the Best Medicine – Rustburg
Denise Scruggs, director of the Beard Center on Aging at the University of Lynchburg, will present the program “Laughter is the Best Medicine” at Rustburg Library on Tuesday, June 28, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Laughter not only feels good, it is good for us. Laughter provides many benefits, including reducing stress and boosting our immune system. In this program we will look at the benefits of laughter and explore ways to bring more laughter and joy into our lives.
This program is for adults and is free and open to the public.
