Enchanted Trail: Lily Pad Hop – Timbrook
Enchanted Trail is an immersive, outdoor story experience for families to enjoy on the Timbrook Park trails. Every month, a small trail in the woods behind Timbrook Library is transformed with decorations and a story. Families are given a scavenger hunt to enjoy as they walk the trail and read the story together. There is a new theme every month, and each one incorporates Virginia SOLs. After the trail, all are welcome to check out books at our Pop Up Library.
This event is geared towards pre-school and elementary students, and the whole family is welcome! Registration will be available through Eventbrite about two weeks prior to the event date. Go to campbellcountylibraries.org/enchantedtrail for the link to Eventbrite.
This month’s theme is Lily Pad Hop, featuring a literature-loving tadpole. Learn about a frog’s life cycle and foster a love of reading and nature by attending this event with your family.
This event is free, but pre-registration is required to attend between 11 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Please select one time slot for your family or group. This month, we are offering two additional hours of the Enchanted Trail (5:30-7:30 p.m.) for families to drop in with no pre-registration required.
