Tortoise & Hare: Summer Reading 2024

A town-wide scavenger hunt/race for all ages!

 Thursday, July 11, 2024 | 11 AM-5 PM | SRML- Altavista

Clues are geared towards teens, but families are encouraged to participate, too. Bring your team spirit!

Will your team be the tortoise or the hare? Hares will compete for speed and accuracy. Tortoises are just here for a good time! Submit checkpoints through social media. Be prepared to be outside for 1-2 hours and walk approximately 2.5 miles. Water and sunscreen are strongly recommended!

No registration needed; just swing by before 4pm! Check in at the library to start. Tortoise & Hare is weather permitting.

Need accommodations or have questions? Email  campbellevents@co.campbell.va.us or give the Events and Experiences team a call at 434-313-3104.
